Former Director of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in Madrid, she has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in Spain. Previously she worked in the Corporate Finance division of Schroders in London and the Investment Banking department of Wertheim Schroder in New York.
